Throughout his career, Felix has worked in administrative and housing support roles within group homes and retirement residences in Tillsonburg, where he has helped improve the quality of life for residents through effective leadership, sound management, and compassionate care.
He has also served as a healthcare provider in long-term care facilities, providing respectful, professional, and person-centered support to seniors and vulnerable members of the community.
These experiences have given Felix firsthand insight into the everyday challenges facing local families, seniors, healthcare providers, youth, and businesses.
Felix is passionate about building a stronger, safer, and more prosperous Tillsonburg.
