Throughout his career, Felix has worked in administrative and housing support roles within group homes and retirement residences in Tillsonburg, where he has helped improve the quality of life for residents through effective leadership, sound management, and compassionate care. He has also served as a healthcare provider in long-term care facilities, providing respectful, professional, and person-centered support to seniors and vulnerable members of the community.

These experiences have given Felix firsthand insight into the everyday challenges facing local families, seniors, healthcare providers, youth, and businesses. They have strengthened his belief that thoughtful leadership, collaboration, and practical solutions can make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Felix is passionate about building a stronger, safer, and more prosperous Tillsonburg. His vision is to support responsible economic growth, attract new investment, create opportunities for local employment, strengthen community services, support seniors and families, encourage youth engagement, and help preserve the welcoming character that makes Tillsonburg such a wonderful place to live, work, raise a family, and retire.
